opinion on a diet of chocolate . Discussed by Mittler in this case is chocolate with a dark chocolate kind . He said although it may sound unusual , this diet could provide a major positive impact .Research
has found that regularly eating chocolate can help lower blood pressure
, reduce the risk of heart disease , and even help regulate insulin . Other studies have also revealed that the content of flavanols in cocoa may boost brain health in aging adults .Diet chocolate disclosed by Mittler developed after research concluded that
people who frequently eat chocolate may have a lower body mass index ,
when compared with those who rarely eat them . This
occurs because although said to be one sweet snack , chocolate also
contains high antioxidants that can improve the body's metabolism . Rule to remember is to eat them in small portions and is not excessive .
Examples of the application of a balanced diet is chocolate are as follows:
- Breakfast: 1 cup of whole grain cereal, 1 cup skim milk and 1 cup berries.
- Morning snack: 1 cup of fruit.
- Lunch: 3 slices of chicken meat with vegetables.
- Afternoon snack: 200-300 calorie chocolate snack which can include dark chocolate bars or shakes.
- Dinner: 3 slices of fish meat, vegetables and 1 cup of rice.
- Night snack: 1 cup of fruit
